Shipping policy

1. Shipping & Processing Times
  • We aim to process all orders within 2 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or are attending one of the many events / shows across the UK and Ireland, shipments may be delayed by a few days. we will inform you immediately if this is the case. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Shipping Restrictions & Destinations
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Mary of Inworth is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 

5. Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

6. Damages & Lost Packages
Mary of Inworth is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
